Jean-Paul and Jennie Diaz are the founders of Spiritual Essence Publications, an independent publishing company dedicated to preserving history, celebrating cultural heritage, and producing thoughtfully researched books that educate, inspire, and empower readers.
Together, they guide the company’s publishing strategy, editorial development, research initiatives, and long-term growth. Jean-Paul Diaz is an author, researcher, publisher, and entrepreneur whose work explores Caribbean history, African diaspora studies, comparative religion, leadership, and business development.
As Founder and Publisher of Spiritual Essence Publications, he guides the company’s editorial direction, research initiatives, publishing strategy, and long-term vision. His publications combine historical research, cultural preservation, thoughtful analysis, and accessible storytelling to help readers engage with complex subjects.
Jean-Paul holds a Bachelor of Public Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management. His academic background in leadership, organizational management, strategic planning, and public policy complements his extensive independent historical research and interdisciplinary approach to writing and publishing.
About Jennie Diaz
Jennie Diaz is a U.S. Coast Guard veteran, strategic operations leader, author, independent publisher, and business executive committed to disciplined leadership, operational excellence, and purposeful innovation.
As Co-Founder of Spiritual Essence Publications and Managing Partner of JD Trading LLC, Jennie provides executive leadership across publishing operations, manuscript development, editorial planning, brand strategy, production schedules, and organizational growth.
She is pursuing advanced studies in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Liberty University, strengthening her expertise in organizational leadership, human behavior, strategic decision-making, and workplace performance. Working alongside Jean-Paul, she is helping build a respected independent publishing company dedicated to historical preservation, cultural scholarship, educational excellence, and enduring works.
